I slippe about 2 months ago and I had the steroid injection about 1 month ago because the fat pad in the knee was/is inflamed. But tonight it is very painful when I try move my knee, the pain in around the knee and going up the leg

Visit your nearby physiotherapy clinic n learn exercises for your knee  .. You need stretchings , strengthening n also treatment to reduce your knee pain and get back to your normal range of motion... Physiotherapist will help you... Donot delay the treatment..
