Pain in my knee of my two legs.
I've been having the pain of my knees for almost two months, I had consultation with doctor and got medicine but till now my knees pain not gone. My weight : 89 kgs , height :175 cm. So what else can I do ?

Dear Sir U r likely to be suffering from knee arthritis Kindly reduce ur weight as height to weight ratio is abnormal Plus water walk or swim daily
