Sir this is siddhartha... I have pain in head since 2 months and pain in neck from last 15 days. I have done MRI. In report 1.strainghting of cervical spine noted 2.Focal forminal disc protrusion is noted on right side at C3-4 level abutting the right traversing nerve root Sir please explain me what is the prb n how much time it will take to cure. Sir I am preaping for neet and because of this I can't focous on study. Sir please help

Hi Siddhartha The problem is related to disc bulge at c3-c4. I will be able to clarify your doubts after seeing the imagining please.
