Suspecting spondilyatis leading to pain in the neck and left arm. Have difficulty in lifting left arm.

Hello..... Neck  pain could  be due to ligament tear,  injury to nerve , muscle  spasm, bone fracture,  dislocation of joint..  . X ray  is necessary to know the cause  of pain.. Get an x ray  and consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital apply cold compressor,  rest the limb,  take painkiller if needed
