Have pain in back neck & full brain for last 2 days. While bowing down its very painful. Inside brain its feels like hammering and heaviness.

Tb pregabaline 75 mg hs, tb zerodol-MR 1 bd, tb lupritin SR 1 bd, tb pan 40 mg Od, hot fomentation of neck , neck physiotherapy MRI of cervical spine
