Pain in neck n shoulder area

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have pain in my neck n shoulder area mostly and I feel dizzy when I walk. I can't walk properly, when I suddenly move my head left , right i feel dizziness n feel suddenly falling and one more thing when I down my head suddenly, I feel tingling in my buttock n both leg. I m taking vertin 16 mg from last 6 days but no improvement

Hello Practo User, Your problem is due to compression of nerves in the neck. Correct your posture. Don't bend your neck forwards. Use a soft Cervical Collor to keep your neck straight. Don't apply anything or massage.
