  4. Pain in neck. Dark while turning neck!

Sr I feel slow pain in neck often ..but I look towards left or right for 9-10 min . I feel headech and chakkkar ..while walking  on road some time I feel chakkar and dark while turning neck

you are having cervical spondylosis please check Blood vitamin D and calcium take tablet Shelcal D once aftet breakfast
