Pain in Palm below thumb
I get severe pain while writing for.. the thumb almost gets locked and I am not able to write fast or for long time.. please suggest me any excersise or therapy

Take a break while writing , stretch or relax your wrist while you are writing or WORKING ON A DESK FOR A LONG TIME . Consult a physiotherapist before it gets worse , it could be due to nerve compression aswell.

Rotate your thumb gently first clockwise then anti-clockwise. Don’t use force or strain just gentle. Do it twice or thrice a day.
