Hi I am a Female , Age 36 years. Since 2 hours back I am having very bad pain in lower abdomen and very frequent urge to pass urine but urine is not coming.

You probably have a severe urinary infection. Please give a Urine sample for culture immediately and start on antibiotics at the earliest.
