Pain in pelvic region. During the month!

We planning for a child and we had unprotected sex during this month. My wife's today is the 25th day of her cycle and for past 2-3 days she is complaining about below symptoms: 1. pain in her pelvic region 2. Pain in her lower back 3. sometimes feel like tightening of pelvic region 4. Sometimes feel like it's full We are very worried about this pain and not sure what should we do. We are confused if this is something happening if she has conceived or it is something that should be consulted with doctor She always get her period on / before time (2-3 days early) but she never felt this kind of pain during her cycles which is making us worry. Please suggest us the next set of action since we do not want to take unnecessary medicines which might affect her Incase if she has not conceived would like to know the best days for getting pregnant and the frequency of sex we should have during the month
