  4. Pain in penis. Side. what this could be!

Pain in penis
I had microsurgical varicocelectomy a month ago. Now I am having pain in penis left side and it looks veiny, earlier also it was. When I pull skin it is causing discomfort, but when I hold base and pull skin it is fine. It is near stitches. Also feeling little hard when carefully touched at left side at two points. This is very small and noticeable only by touch along the vein, not sure what this is. Cramp kind of feeling is there. Even when flaccid this sort of pain is coming on left side. What this could be
