Pain in rib cage
I have constant pain in left upper chest (just near middle chest towards left). I feel the pain in outside of rib cage and can't exactly locate the reason of pain. blood pressure under control and no symptoms of any heart issues.. even after 3kms of nonstop jogging BP around 130 to 140 at the peak jogging. Kindly suggest some remedy

Likely costochondral pain if no fever symptom. Take some anti-inflammatory for immediate relief.

Hi, your symptoms are not increased during jogging means nothing to worry. But take ecg as baseline investigation and consult with doctor if symptoms persists.
