Sir bettrr approach to a sports physio fr therapeutic  relesing all myofascial adhesions and trigger points followed by kinesiotaping and stretching exercises for spevific muscles as per the region involved .. Never start following any protocol not even any exercises suggested by anyone without clinical releasing and lengthning the muscles upto its optimal length..then only u will be benefitted else u will just hang around here and there with pain

never follow any exercises tip suggested by anyone witjout consulting it to a clinician .sonetimes these exercises will help u fr time being but in later stage it will creates more stiffness and tightneas in those areas.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
