The pain in the arm can be because of the pain arising from cervical spine in the neck or due to any local trauma to the arm. If it's because of neck pain or any other reason please visit an orthopedic surgeon or a physiotherapist for further treatment. She might need further investigation like MRI for a proper diagnosis.
