Pain in right arm join
From last 10 days I am having pain in join as well as in muscle of right arm, that why I am not able to go for Gym also. Kindly help me out with this.

Hi, consult orthopaedic doctor. If it is near shoulder joint it might be bursitis. You need evaluation. Physiotheraphy will help you if it is bursitis. If not injection will help

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. Hello, do some ice packs over the area for 10 minutes twice daily. It will give you relief. And take rest from resistance training for 5 days. Do only cardio workout.
