My brother is having mild pain n heaviness in right ball for last three months. It remains for few hours n happens once or twice a day.

Hello there.
The history you have provided here is very limited. You haven't mentioned whether there was any trauma or swelling and things like that. It's very hard to come to a diagnosis with such limited history. Examination of the patient is also required in such cases.
