Try cold packs or ice packs on the elbow 2-3 times a day for 10- 15 mins for a week or 10 days. Also, avoid lifting heavy objects & avoid movements that cause twisting of wrist. Seek medical/ physiotherapy advice of there is no relief in the symptoms.
