Pain in right hand

Asked for Female, 52 Years

I had a fall and as I balanced with my right hand from getting hurt, now after a month I am having a severe pain from shoulder to elbow in my right hand. Am not able to stretch or reach out. Some times if suddenly I turn the hand it pains a lot tears came off
