Pain in right heel

I have continuous pain in my right heel from last couple of weeks. Aggravates in the morning. No problem in left one. Please advise. Thanks

This is plantar fasciitis.check ur Uric acid level test and take silicone heel gel pad for ur shoes and do contrast bath

This problem is called as plantar fasciitis. First you need to start using footwear with soft soles. Take a course of vit D3. Physiotherapy and local ultrasonic therapy will also help.
