Hello , Pain at the heel can be due to calcenum spur. You may put your legs in warm and cold water alternately for 2 mins each for 10 mins. Stretch your TA and do heel raise exercise. Wear soft sole foot wear ; sports shoes will be comfortable. You may visit your phyaiotherapist who may give your ultra sound which will help you reduce pain. Avoid wearing heels!
