Pain in right hip
I am feeling severe stabbing pain in the right side of my hip since 30/03/2019. It is like someone hurting me with a knife from inside. Also I feel like the pain is spreading. The pain isn't constant sometimes no pain and sometimes I can't tolerate. I tried using some pain relieving spray but it doesn't works. Is this due to some sleeping or sitting postures? Is anything serious? Is it a symptom of some kidney problems?

Not looks like a pain from kidney, may be from musculoskeletal origin, consult a orthopaedic surgeon first, they will examine and evaluate.
