I am having pain in my right shoulder during lateral raise. I believe it is due to wrong posture during sleep (sleep on belly with hand and shoulder below head) and weight training. Pain starts when I rise my hand sideways. I have tried topical pain releavers and hot compress but it is showing no improvement. What should I do?
