Pain in right shoulder on putting weight
I suddenly lied down on my shoulder and since then It pains from my shoulder till my upper arm when I put pressure on it. There is no pain in movement . But at night I can't sleep on that side for a long duration.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Avoid lying On the same side try putting some ice every day. Avoid overhead activity for few days. Get painkillers after consult any general practioner if still persists plz get it assessed

Hello..... There might  be ligament tear or mild inflammation  .. It will  subside  on its own in a week  or so..  Take pain killers if pain is unbearable..  Don't  pressurise that area again..
Next Steps
if pain doesn't subside  more than a week  you have to consult  orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital...
