Pain in right side of chest

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi Im Nitesh Male-25yrs. There is lill pain on the right side of my chest. It started 2 month back while I was sleeping, pain goes 2 -3 days and automatically it get stop. It again stated paining now , I took consultant from a doctor , he gave medicine of gas(pentoprazol ) 1 inj and 10 tab. I took that medicine bt pain doestnt stop. It is paining little little everytime bt while Cough came or pushing or pulling anything from right hand pain increase at that moment ( I do little little smoking ) please sujjest

Hello.. Well at your age if we rule out cardiac causes acidity, anxiety, muscualr spasm seems to be the common causes of the pain...since you are a smoker I would suggest you to get an ecg done to be on the safe side...hope you understand . thank you
