Pain in right side of mouth inside.
Hello Doctor, I am suffering from pain since 4 days in the right corner of the mouth inside the mouth. there is very much pain and the cheek corners from the inside are somewhat cracked.I am not able to eat anything from the right side and not able to swallow also.please help!

Post pic, intra and extra oral. Is there extraoral swelling. Feverish feeling..? Warm water gargle repeatedly as many times as possible. T.Pyregesic 650, maximum 4 times a day, for Amy minor discomfort. Soft diet. Avoid extraoral hot compression or balm or ointments application.

Must be third molar eruption.
