Pain in right side of small of the back
I have a pain next to my small of the back. I do not recall any injury which might have caused the same. My kid of 3 years age jumps over me regularly and it might have caused this. I plan to join a gym and I am not sure if I should go ahead without treating this injury.

First tell me at what side u have pain?
What type of pain means it is dull pain or tingling pain or sharp pain ?
May be a chances of muscle pull or muscular spasm.
Consult your nearest physiotherapy clinic take proper treatment like tens for pain relief and start taking exercises for back like isometric, stretching, strengthening exercises
