Pain in right testicles during touching

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi,I m feeling pain in my right testicles during touching for last 1 years.i hve done scrotal ultrasound which appears normal.plz suggest some medicine for this.i m already taking homepathy medicine but i didn't get any relief from it...
