Pain in right thigh numbness pulling pain present bone feels weak muscles wasting in both thigh. Please tell me diagnosis. Glucose 450 fasting

Seems to be Diabetes causing Neuropathy changes, if symptoms subsides by Controlled Diabetes values, as other doc suggested for investigation. Wasting and radiating pain indicating neuropathy changes

Sir, consult a Diabetologist for controlling your sugar levels and get some tests done like Vit. B12 and Vit D levels after consulting orthopedician. He will refer you for Physiotherapy treatment.
