Hello, cavity leads to more food accumulation if ignored then further treatment requires ... i would rather suggest please visit a dentist and clinical evaluation is must to save that tooth. If cavity is small then cementation or otherwise root canal . Diagnosis and treatment needed.

Please do not ignore your tooth problem until the symptoms become unbearable. Tooth is the only structure of the body that does not show healing, so a cavity is not going to heal on its own or by medications and will require objective treatment whether in terms of a filling or root canal treatment depending upon the current situation of the tooth. The most prudent step would be to visit dentist as soon as possible for a proper clinical evaluation of the case so that the right treatment can be suggested to you. Regards.
