Pain in Shoulder
I have pain in my back near shoulder and can't make moments. Not able to work. The center point of pain is near the right shoulder and sure to which my whole back is Paining. Please help.

Pain would be of myfascial pain if it's not from any trauma...

The first thing you will have to check is posture. In this age group, the only thing causing neck back or Shoulder pain might be bad posture or overused muscle. Do some posture correction exercise like Pilates regularly.

Please first consult to an orthopaedic for ruling out the exact problem .At the moment to get a temporary relief from pain try out ice application and pain relieving gel or spray. U can also show it to a certified Aquatic therapist aqua therapy helps to give a faster relief in such case

If you have any numbness, tingling or pain in your arm forearm and/or hand, then immidiately meet an MS ortho. If such symptoms are not there then apply ice(exactly on the maximum pain point or area) for 15 mins every 2 hourly, take muscle relaxant under your family doctors guidance and even after that pain persists see a good physiotherapist. Good luck and get well soon.. Ice does wonders in most of such cases....

Hello.., Since ur complaints is back n shoulder pain.. probably ur root cause may be weak cervical spine..

visit a experienced physiotherapist take IFT/ cervical traction.. do strengthening of core n peripheral neck n shoulder muscles under supervision Learn n strictly follow posture n ergonomic advice

Any x-ray of shoulder and cervical spine ? Past history of injury ? H/O recent injury ? Sudden onset pain or it starts gradually? Range of motion Reduced ? Any stiffness? Have diabetis ? Have swelling in a particular area ?

It's due to severe muscle strain  of shoulder muscles  (rt) may be due to heavy weight lifting, first thing you need to give rest, analgesics and ice packs application, physiotherapy asap
