Pain in shoulder
There is pain in my shoulder since 4 days. I can't work with my right hand, its paining when i take my hand up or try to pull or push the things

Looks like a supraspinatus sprain. Please rest for a while. You may need a shoulder surgeon consult if it doesn't recover.
