I had a minor injury 2 months back. Everything was fine but, since 2-3 weeks I'm experiencing a pain in shoulder while working out in Gym.
When I list weights (especially bench press) it hurts in shoulder.

Was it at the same shoulder area which is hurting now?
If it pains on exerting hence you should go a bit slow on your gym routine....
Stressing joints and tendons in acute phase of injury may do more harm.
Get back with proper symptoms and your gym training routine so proper advice can be given.
