Pain in sternum and left side lower rib.
Hi Team,
I have getting pain in my sternum from last 1.5 month. Consulted cardiologist he said no problem in in heart. Then Consulted to gastric Dr he said no acidity problem. Both are said this is muscular pain. No medicine required.Ask for some exercise.
I am getting pain in my lower left side rib.When I am. Sleeping in left side I am getting pain. If am doing any stretch I am getting pain.
I have minimal slip disc problem in my L4 L5 Lowe back from last 4 years. So that a m doing some exercise and stretch for that.
Please suggest me what to I do. Is my sternum and lower rib pain is linked to my old lower back pain. Suggest me.
