Pain in stomach and vomiting
My child is 7 yrs old. He has belly pain and vomiting tendency. I did a usg. The report is attached. Kindly suggest me about future course of action and is there anything serious in report??

Commonest reason for such pain is constipation...
If constipation....it needs evacuation of stools..

Hi.
The stomach pain will be there for next 2-3 weeks on and off. Give Syr Cyclopam for pain.
