Hi, The pain in the tooth suggests that the cavity is too deep and near the pulp tissue. It cannot be treated at home with medication. However you can take some medicines to subside the pain and relive symptoms. You have mentioned that you have no drug allergies. Tab. Ketorol-dt (2 tabs dissolved in water) sos for 3 days. You can take upto 3 times a day or less depending on how much pain you have. Avoid eating hard food from that side. You can use Sensodent-k toothpaste if you have sensitivity in your teeth.
Next Steps
You need to visit a dentist whenever you can and get an x ray done of the concerned tooth to decide the treatment plan.
Health Tips
Avoid too hot and too cold food.

You won't be able to cure the cavity at home. The cavity will only increase with time. If you maintain good hygiene and do not allow food to stay in the cavity then it will not increase fast. For pain she can take tab hifenac P if she has no allergies to medicines. Brush twice with a fluoridated toothpaste
Next Steps
See a dentist when feasible
Health Tips
rinse thoroughly with water after every meal. do not poke toothpick or sorts in the tooth.
