It seems that there is severe infection due to hole in your teeth... You ll heve to start medications which your dentist can prescribe you accordingly... Which will help reduce your infection and then treatment will be performed accordingly... You can apply ice externally on the associated side of face, which will reduce the swelling
Next Steps
visit your dentist as soon as possible

Namaskaram, the hole in the tooth is a tooth decay ( cavity ). Cavities start small and gradually become bigger when they’re left untreated. You need to visit the dentist so that he can assess the severity of the cavity based on a x-ray and oral examination and give you the best possible treatment ( fillings, crowns etc ) You may cause more damage to your tooth that can’t be reversed if you put off seeing a dentist.
