Pain in testicles and groin area.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hello Doctor I feel mild pain in my testis, when I touched there I feel a bag of worms there and veins are swollen sometimes it hurt in that vein which connect kidney to testicles. I think it's grade 1 of varicocele kindly please suggest me some medicine to prevent it.🙏🙏
