Pain in testicles
Hi Doctors,
I was masturbating a lot from many years. Recently I decided it to quit as it was an addiction but after not masturbating for more than two days my testicles start paining and then pain goes after masturbation. Any advice how to quit this habit as it starts pain in testicles after two days if I do not masturbate.

Sudden stoppage of this habit causes testicular pain.U can still masturbate but max twice a week.Instead try to make a gf and opt for vaginal sex considering your age
