Pain in the abdomen

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I underwent an iui 8 days ago ... And currently on duphaston in the 14day waiting days... I see white discharge and gas in the abdomen and suddenly pricking pain on the right side but had ovulated from left 2 corpus luteum was found on the day of iui. What does the white discharge indicate and the pain on the other side.
