Pain in the anal region
I'm having pain in anal region its severe this whole month I suffered from constipation I took Triphala churnam for one week but no use drinking water no use I have urge to go but then I have to struggle. First one was hard to come but it's urgent and then later one comes normal way anal region getting pressure and causing pain but then I'm helpless I have to let the stool to come out My daily habits: Mostly sitting as work from home its horrible unable to sit Any ointment or medicine works please help me even after changing my food habits also no salt no chillies no dal still its painful down there im unable to concentrate on work. Also I'm under periods
