Pain in the base area of sex organ

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have suddenly developed a pain in the base area of the sex organ and also in the adjoining area.. I haven't experienced such pain previously ever. Also the pain is felt on touching or gently pressing the area.. I also seems that the head of the penis has swollen a bit and having some problem while urination.. Please help
