Pain in the ears
I've been having some pain in my right ear, since yesterday night. I am having cold, since last 10 days, though cold is a daily affair for me. The pain is bothering me a little. That ear is also partially getting blocked.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use anti Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
