Pain in the groin area
I am having pain the groin area in the thigh region mainly on right side. When i checked it by pressing the area i found a peanut type something in right side so i investigated left and not found such thing but since then there is pain on both sides. I also like to mention that at first i saw such thing on left side some 4-5  months ago when i stretched while doing pushups and i frequently observed that such pain generally occurs when i do pushups. Another thing is that i feel it could be of the underwear lining as i sit on a chair for the major time of the day and keep on adjusting myself frequently which mostly causes tension in the area due to pulling of underwear and pants. What should i do now?
