  4. Pain in the head. Coming 4 times a day!

Pain in the head
I am getting pain in the right side of my head exactly above ear it's like something is pricking from inside. It's not continuous it comes for about 3 to 4 mins and disappeares this problem is persistent from last 3 years but from a week it has increased. It's almost coming 4 times a day

HELLO, AVOID FLAVOURED THING SUCH AS HAIR OIL STRONG FLAVOURED, AGARBATTI,  DEO, PERFUME, BETAL NUT, PAAN, MUKHWASH. CHEESE, PANEER ETC. TABLET SIBELIUM 10MG ONE AT NIGHT TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. O.K BYE.
