Make sure she is using comfortable footwear. If she is at menopausal stage, check For calcium and vitamin D level. For home remedy, take 2 tubs of water, one hot other cold. Ask her to immerse her feet alternately in both tubs. 3 minutes in hot water followed by 2 minutes in cold. Do this routine for 5 turns. Ie. 3+2+3+2+3 in all. If this doesn't help, consult a Physio nearby.
