Usually grade 1 tear doesnt require surgery..
What complaints do you have currently. If the symptoms are severe, you may require surgery in future..

Avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet, avoid heavy work..
U have ACL and meniscal partial tear, at times in surgery we find it complete, so advice arthroscopy surgery for evaluation and treatment if needed ACL reconstruction.
