Pain in the knee
Underwent MRI for right knee, h/o fall directly on the knee 4 months back, used to have full swelling around knee, now gradually subsided, unable to squat previously, now it's OK, what might be the required treatment for meniscal tear and ligament injury??will there be any problem as its written marrow edema? Is conservative treatment will suffice?

You can use a knee brace for 4weeks,
Next Steps
avoid weight bearing, do quadriceps strengthening exercises. don't worry about marrow edema, start active physiotherapy after 4weeks.

As per the reports, there is minimal tear of ACL and Medial Meniscus.. How is your pain at present. Usually grade 1 tear doesnt require surgery.. What complaints do you have currently. If the symptoms are severe, you may require surgery in future..

I would suggest you to use Knee support like Hinge Knee Brace for now.. You can take analgesic tablet for pain, start physiotherapy gradually..

U have ACL and meniscal partial tear, at times in surgery we find it complete, so advice arthroscopy surgery for evaluation and treatment if needed ACL reconstruction. Negligence may cause early arthritis of knee. Conservative is good option when you have no symptoms
