Pain in the left shoulder
I have had this pain in the movement of my shoulder from a couple of years now and have not been able to get rid of it
It doesn't pain normally only when I put pressure or try using that shoulder for any work
Can't move my left (concerned) hand to the extent I can my right hand

As per your complaint the possible causes due to rotator cuff muscle weakness, do shoulder ROM exercise, and take a theraband and do rotator muscle of shoulder strengthing. Kindly wish your near by qualified physiotherapist for proper assessment and the exercise. Thank you
