Pain in the muscles
Sir, I have done gym 6 months ago & left it. Now iam just going for jogging daily morning. Actually my problem is "PAIN IN THE LATS,SHOULDER & ARMS WHEN PINCHED". I have consulted many doctors but the problem still exist. I have also tried ice packs, physiotherapy but no use. So sir please help me out.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

With physiotherapy avoid strain full activity like computer work, heavy weight, driving, tk ultrasonic therapy and laser therapy it will cure

Where do you live There may be exhaustive excercise in the past which may need good massage n steam regularly If even it hurts needs expert examination Thank n regards

Irregular Strength training leads to spasms of muscles and leads to pain and stiffness. Do some regular stretching exercises. Will help.
