From Monday morning I am suffering from neck pain. It may be due to sleeping/ working 8 hrs in system. I have also tried basic like apply move, Garlic oil, Hot water vapour etc. But it seems I am not fully recovered. There is small relief. But still complete movement of neck all side not possible. Please provide valuable suggestions.

Hello dear
The pain that you are experiencing is due to periscapular and rotator cuff muscles weakness.
Your neck is absolutely fine and strengthening the scapular muscles will automatically relieve your neck pain.
Whatever you have tried uptil now is symptomatic treatment and wouldn't cure the underlying problem.
Also you need to be screened for vitamin deficiencies which have led to this weakness in the very first place.
You might also be experiencing additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, cramps, fatigue, forgetfulness, tingling in hands and feet etc
Next Steps
Consult online or in person if based in delhi
Health Tips
Avoid prolonged sitting. Take breaks in between. Pain killers is no solution
