Pain in the perinium.
I have pain in the perinium every 6-8 months. This has happened thrice until now. I am 37yrs of age. Fat but active. It stays for a few days and then disappears. No trouble in urination or ejaculation. Can't exert pressure while passing stools though, since the pain slightly increases when pressure is exerted.
